The First Month is Over!! Boo-yah!

Alright, I've skipped a lot of days and I've really dropped the ball. But since I've gotten through a month of this blog, I am going to wipe the slate clean and just start anew. Forget the last 16 days of me not blogging. Cause although I did workout a lot and my volleyball team did go undefeated in the IM season, it is a moot point. Don't even sweat it.

To start off the new day, I am going to tell you about my blazing-ly fast run I just had at midnight. It was really fast. So fast, you might say, that I might have to brush my shoulders off. Might.

I also did a couple of sit-ups and pushups. My goal is to get a legit 6-pack for the summer to make all the ladies jealous of my fly body, and at the rate that I am trimming up, I think it is a viable goal. I'm just going to have to go the famine route a little more to lose some weight. Normally, starving yourself is a bad thing. But to tell you the truth, I am not really starving myself. I'm drinking a lot more water to fill myself up more. I eat 4 meals instead of three and they are really small. ANd I am trying to teach my body to be satisfied rather than full at the end of the meal. I think through that change in eating habits I can find weight loss. Not to mention the 5 or so miles that I run everytime I go out. And all the purging I do in my offtime.

Also, I am going to promise myself to weightlift more, because that'll jack up my matabolism. But it is tough to go to the gym when it is cold. It means you have to lug around a lot more clothing which makes me look like an uber-nerd.

I'll keep you updated on my weightloss progress. Right now I weigh the same weight as when I started, but I definitely look better.

Day 14 - The Day That I Talk About the Last 5 Days

After 5 days of not updating the blog, I'm beginning to fall back on my ways. It seems I have a pecking order for things I like to do which includes such hot items as clicking on colorful coins, identifying with the unrequited love between Jim and Pam, and watching ninjas and Avatars. All of these, unfortunately for the blog, come first, apparently.

I think if my day consisted of less programming and had a foundation for languages that were actually understood by most of the american population, I think that this blog would be regularly updated because it would be a great outlet. Unfortunately, I don't see an intervention coming my way considering that I am paying for the weird language classes. So, I apologize for anyone looking for real updates to this blog. (These two paragraphs were also great ways I could seamlessly integrate links)

Anyways, on to the workout logs. I've been pretty consistent with the workouts and even worked out 5 of seven days last week.

Mon & Wed --> 2.5 hrs of raquetball each
Tue --> Long Run
Thursday --> Day Off to watch the Office
Friday--> Super Long Run
Saturday--> Day Off

So there you go. More consistent workouts. I feel better during the day and I can fall asleep oh so easily. Although when I run my chest still feels on fire, but not the normal fire. I'll try and explain later.

I'm out.
